Lleolir ysgol Cynwyl Elfed tua saith milltir i'r gogledd o dref Caerfyrddin. Agorodd yr ysgol ei drysau yn yr ysgol newydd yn 1956. Mae'n gwasanaethu ardaloedd Cynwyl Elfed,
Abernant, Hermon a Blaen-y-Coed.

Mae’r ffederasiwn wedi ei gosod yng nghategori 3. Dysgir y rhan helaeth o’r cwricwlwm trwy gyfrwng y Gymraeg.

Ein gweledigaeth yw darparu cyfleoedd i’r plant ddatblygu'r sgiliau a'r wybodaeth angenrheidiol i fod yn aelodau cydwybodol, iach, moesol a gweithredol o'n cymdeithas gyfnewidiol, sy’n barod i fynd amdani; gan wneud hynny tu fewn i amgylchedd hapus a chroesawgar.

Ymdrecha plant, athrawon a rhieni’r Ffederasiwn i weithio gyda’i gilydd er mwyn sicrhau  dechreuad cadarn i’n dysgwyr. Gweithiwn yn ddiwyd ond ceir difyrrwch a hapusrwydd hefyd.

Welcome to Cynwyl Elfed and Llanpumsaint Federation website.

Cynwyl Elfed is located about six miles to the north of the town of Carmarthen. The new School opened its doors for the first time in 1956. It serves the area Cywnyl Elfed,
Abernant, Hermon and Blaen-y-Coed.

Llanpumsaint is located about six miles to the north of the town of Carmarthen. The school opened its doors for the first time in 1863. The schools serves Llanpumsaint and the local area.

The federation has been placed in Category 3 in the regards to the Welsh Language. The majority of the curriculum is taught through the medium of Welsh.

Our vision is to provide opportunities for the children to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to be conscientious, healthy, moral and active members of our volatile society; within a happy and welcoming environment.

The children, teachers and parents of the Federation strive to work together to
ensure a strong start for our learners. We work diligently but find happiness as well.
